"Able to handle big database"

  | Posted 2023-12-18

Pros: SwiftCount was able to handle a physical count of 80,000 different items. The speed to process the information was very good.

Overall: We will still be using SwiftCount for our year end inventory count and monthly cycle count. It speeds up the process of entering the info into the system.

"Excellent WMS "

Pros: SwiftCount is one of the best WMS that I have ever been working with, the interface is very friendly which helps the people to operate it easily and straight impact will be a decrease on inventory discrepancies and the picking will be more accurate.

Overall: On my experience SwiftCount came to my operation to solve all the daily operational issues and help us with the reports and stats to keep everything under control and also this tool is available for a very fair price, you don't have to pay those overpriced WMS any more.

"Excellent Product"

  | Posted 2023-12-08

Pros: Very easy to use. Excellent support. SwiftCount allows us to track products across many different locations on our site. I like that we are able to track equipment based on serial numbers so we know the exact location of every item, whether it be in our showroom or one of several warehouses. Inbound shipments are now faster to receive with fewer errors since we are able to scan serial numbers as they are received. The SwiftCount app works great on our mobile phones and is very easy to use.

Overall: I am very happy with our experience overall. The initial sales presentation was very well done, covering all we needed to know to make our purchase decision. Initial setup was very easy with the great support from the SwiftCount team. Any follow-up support required was handled promptly. Training has been excellent. Thank you Albert! The product pricing was clearly spelled out before we purchased and there were no hidden costs. Price has been very reasonable and flexible so that we can add or remove users as required.

"Excellent product, fantastic Support!"

  | Posted 2023-12-08

Pros: - Real-time visibility of orders being picked by our shippers - Physical counts are quickly done - Easy to setup & deploy software - Very easy software to use and understand - Integrates seamlessly with our software system (SAGE 300 ERP) - Excellent and fast support

Overall: LOVE the support! No matter which software you go with, if support is not readily available, especially during peak or critical times, you are wasting or losing money. From the start, Swiftcount was able to understand are requirements, execute quickly for the integration with our existing operating software (Sage 300 ERP) and has been fantastic with their support! We are now able to ship double the orders we used to daily, have real-time visibility to orders being picked so can respond efficiently to any customers inquiries, and physical counts are a breeze. We are extremely pleased with SwiftCount solution and highly recommend it!

Pros: I liked how simple it is to scan and review inventory, as well as how easy it is to change primary locations. Receiving product and adding locations have been fairly painless.

Overall: As we continue to use the system, we'll be integrating it more and more into our company. Our overall experience has been good.

"Newest version streamlines the process"

  | Posted 2023-12-18

Pros: Easier interface. Quicker scanning. Increased accuracy. Sounds call out scanning. New handhelds are better than the tablets.

Overall: The newest version speeds up the process for both receiving and picking orders. Some of the features which we used were removed from the new version and it took some getting used to.

"Digital Transition with SwiftCount"

  | Posted 2023-12-18

Pros: Ease of the integration process of SwiftCount into Sage 300. The time saved going digital from a manual order picking process. Customer support through the transition as well as any questions or issues we have had since integrating SwiftCount. The speed at which issues are addressed by the SwiftCount team.

Overall: The overall experience was good. The total process took a little time but some features we needed had to be developed within SwiftCount. Having Albert onsite when we first started made a big difference too. Having virtual trainings was better than being left by ourselves to figure it out, but having some one onsite for a half day was far better and saved us time which was the point of the entire process.
