Pros: The price point for NewOrg is the best we could find. The functionality and features are as good as the competition and the implementation was extremely easy. The customer support has been phenomenal.

Overall: The overall experience to this point has been great. The implementation was a little longer than I expected, but was still a good time frame and, realistically, what it needs to be. Data import was fairly easy and the functionality of the system is great. The reports it will run are almost endless and completely customizable.

Pros: I like the ease of operating the data management system. The reporting features allow us to break out the details of the client base and build a profile of need in each region of service. The New Org team is quick to respond to any questions or changes we request.

Overall: The overall experience with NewOrg has been very positive. From the beginning they have built the system to meet our specifications of data reporting outcomes that Na Hoaloha depends on for fulfilling our mission in service delivery for Kupuna. Whatever additional needs or changes we require have been taken care of without delay. The Team at NewOrg takes the time to fully understand what and why we need to have information for use in reporting to our funders, as well as, for more efficiency in service delivery to our clients. Pros: We always receive quick and thorough support when submitting tickets, but we recently asked a big and urgent favor from the support team and received excellent help. We were implementing new forms into the system, which we weren't sure we would be able to do exactly as we hoped, but the support went above and beyond to ensure we were able to carry out our exact vision. It has been a game changer for us.

Pros: The applications are clear and easy to use. The support team is reliable, effective and creative in their response to our updates.

Pros: I genuinely enjoyed the fact that this system allows for our organization to Customize the product to fit our needs in the areas of reporting, customer management, volunteer management, and so much more. We were able to work with the support team to be educated on how to use the system for our organizational needs and within each of the roles we play.

Overall: I enjoyed working with Mr. Nicholas Rowan. He listened to our staff, he worked with our organization and was able to work through any issues that we had.
