Pros: Customer service team is unmatched. They literally solve problems we bring to the meeting, during the meeting. Data matches every time. Reporting is clear. User experience for clients is way better than our previous system, reducing call times and email volume for our staff.
Overall: NewOrg is the best and I recommend if you have a client portal, work with them to set up what you need. I hope we expand our partnership so we can integrate additional services on the platform.

Pros: The NewOrg platform is incredibly flexible. We are not their "typical" client, but they were able to customize their platform to accommodate all the quirks of our non-profit's programs, including building 3 custom portals for our stakeholders; building out custom, calculated fields that help us with our reporting; creating a variety of reports to answer the questions we need to be able to manage our programs and show our impact; and created custom solutions to help our team process client applications more accurately and more quickly. Additionally, most of those items (except the portals) were created in hours to days - not weeks to months like the other systems we have used. When we submit tickets, they are usually resolved in less than a day, and if not possible, they let us know when it will be complete. Implementation couldn't have been more collaborative, thought-provoking, focused, fun (yes actually fun!), and productive. It was truly a joy to implement this system and that's something I've never said before.
Overall: The best way to understand our experience is to look at the white paper we co-authored on their website (can't post link here). Can't recommend them enough. They have some things they could improve but are constantly working on them and are very receptive to feedback and suggestions.

Pros: The price point for NewOrg is the best we could find. The functionality and features are as good as the competition and the implementation was extremely easy. The customer support has been phenomenal.
Overall: The overall experience to this point has been great. The implementation was a little longer than I expected, but was still a good time frame and, realistically, what it needs to be. Data import was fairly easy and the functionality of the system is great. The reports it will run are almost endless and completely customizable.

Pros: I like the ease of operating the data management system. The reporting features allow us to break out the details of the client base and build a profile of need in each region of service. The New Org team is quick to respond to any questions or changes we request.
Overall: The overall experience with NewOrg has been very positive. From the beginning they have built the system to meet our specifications of data reporting outcomes that Na Hoaloha depends on for fulfilling our mission in service delivery for Kupuna. Whatever additional needs or changes we require have been taken care of without delay. The Team at NewOrg takes the time to fully understand what and why we need to have information for use in reporting to our funders, as well as, for more efficiency in service delivery to our clients. Pros: We always receive quick and thorough support when submitting tickets, but we recently asked a big and urgent favor from the support team and received excellent help. We were implementing new forms into the system, which we weren't sure we would be able to do exactly as we hoped, but the support went above and beyond to ensure we were able to carry out our exact vision. It has been a game changer for us.
Overall: NewOrg is simple, easy to use, and does just what we need it to. Having engaged, thorough, and quick support makes all the difference!
