Pros: eBay integration. Pictures of inventory items. Updates are often. There support team is fast when needed.

Overall: Overall it’s a great software and sometimes I think “Oh this is a pain in the butt” on something but then realize it makes life easier in the long run. It is a subscription based platform but that also means updates are performed on a regular basis.

Pros: Fast and reliable customer service. Tailored system for FFLs. Everything works well and they way it should. System offers excellent solutions for small business.

Overall: Excellent service and very pleased overall. May not have some of the bells and whistles that other POS software can offer but they more than make up for with the additional tailored features for FFLs. Overall very happy.

Pros: Bravo is easy use and I can train employee in a short amount of time. It allows us to put limits on each employee based on where they are at in their training which saves money on mistake that happen with new employees.

Overall: Over the last 6+ years I have seen Bravo as a company and the program has improve greatly. They have always been willing to listen to me on what I think would improve the program. That does not mean that they have done everything I would like but, if it is something that would improve the Bravo for all it's user they have done it. The support staff that they have does a great job. I look forward to seeing what they have to offer going forward.

Pros: The tightness of the program plus the endless possibilities and opportunities. It really spoon feeds the pawnbroker prices for buys, pawns, trades on all types of merchandise. The Jewelry Estimator is one of my favorites. Customer History is an extremely strong tool.

Overall: Dependable, Solid, the best Software we ever used since 1985! They continue to improve with many new features and keep up with current technology and changes in the pawn industry could be their best trait.

Pros: The quick fixes from support and the amount of users who you can go to for help. There is a lot of changes that happen because they listen to every idea we come up with from the front lines.

Overall: While I do find the constant updating mildly annoying, it does work out with any issues you run into that get fixed very quickly.

Pros: I like that I don’t have to sign back in when I make a mistake and start all over. There are so many features that it offers and has your numbers ready for you at a click of a button.

Overall: Best pawn service ever. It has been way better than pawn master. It is also super easy to use. It has been super easy to use.

"Bravo Store Systems Helped me Manage my store on a whole new level!"

Pros: The Inventory management including SKUs in Bravo was so helpful compared to my previous software. I was able to manage my pawn transactions and my firearm transactions with ease including all of the compliance that comes along with both of these types of transactions. I really liked the digital E4473 they provide and develop in house, and the automatic 3310's. We utilize their Ecommerce features as well and they have helped us continue to turn our in store inventory on a more regular basis. The reporting also helped me get a really in depth look at my business activities with a lot of detail. My employees were able to get into Bravo and start working really fast it was easy to understand, and when we needed help Bravo actually helped us train new employees!

Overall: Overall I'm very impressed with what they have to offer and the attention they pay to what the customer wants/needs. When I need something there is always someone there to help out. I have also seen my sales increase from the efficiency of their system and from the Ecommerce options they offer!
