Pros: Paladin has great customer service. When you call they answer and you do not have to wait for a call back. They get it done!
Overall: I switched to Paladin and I have been very happy. The product is easy to use and they are always trying to innovate and give their customers easier and more powerful tools to run their business.

Pros: Paladin's customer service is second to none, every time we have ever had a question or a computer malfunction, they are right on top of it to ensure all our questions are answered and that we stay operational.
Overall: As a small store Paladin has made a huge impact for our inventory and overall store operations. Simple enough for a first time POS user and also complex enough to meet any need. We knew we made the right choice with Paladin.

Pros: Extremely easy to use, excellent products, outstanding service and support. While the system can be used with only a keyboard, we blend the use of touchscreen and keyboard which seems to make it even easier for my employees to use. The Managed Services team works tirelessly to keep my network running smoothly while also making sure I do not get any viruses and staying on top of any updates to my system. After using several other Point of Sale companies Paladin has been a by far the best partner to work with.
Overall: We have been a Paladin customer since 2012 and are extremely satisfied with the products, service, and support Paladin has been providing our Hardware Store. Keep up the great work and I can't wait to see what the future holds for Paladin.

Pros: Ease of use: the point of sale system is easy to navigate cash/check/credit card sales. A/R house accounts are easy to process at point of sale and even easier to process statements at end of month either by mail or e-mail. Weekly order generation is easy to run and keeps my inventory well stocked but not overstocked. Special orders are a breeze with Paladin as it creates an invoice for the store and customer, then also creates a PO to electronically submit to my hardware distributor. Inventory control is easy to maintain with location tags and easy, readable, useable reports that help get rid of dead obsolete items and bump up the popular items. Paladin support, when needed, and it is rarely needed is always prompt, friendly and solves whatever issue I might have quickly and professionally.
Overall: Joining Paladin as my point of sale provider has been one of the best decisions made for our hardware store! The Paladin POS is a very user friendly system to operate, you do not need to be a computer programmer to use its many features. I would highly recommend Paladin POS System for your retail needs!

Pros: Paladin has a Swift response to any questions asked. Very Patient and willing to help in time of need. They have never left us unattended.
Overall: I am satisfied with Paladin in general. Staff is supportive and Friendly. Aside from a few details the point of sale system is good for us. A tremendous shout out to Alena for all of her support and assistance over the past year.
