Pros: It is very easy and intuitive to use for the app user. Easy to configure for the administrator, you can create your customized forms, allows you to modify everything you see inside the agent app, from the information you enter, photos, signatures, videos, images, among many others. Excellent monitoring. Includes a very good real time analysis dashboard. Allows you to download all the information in a very easy way to go further in analyzing results and creating new strategies.

Overall: We have been using it since 2021 and is simply one of the best applications for picking and delivery.

Pros: Tookan simplifies my tasks of scheduling tasks to our artisans in the following ways. 1. I can see who is available per time and their location. 2. This helps reduce our travel time which aids our customer experience and reduce transportation cost/operational cost. 3. Tookan makes communication easy with our workforce, the best for me is Tookan allows our client see the location of our artisans with Possible ETA as they travel to their location. 4. Lastly Tookan gives us the ability to get direct feedback and customer rating from our clients which allows us make necessary changes to better their experience.

Overall: Tookan overall is the best scheduling app I have uses so far and it's very cheap compared to others. It's equally very easy to use and easily tailored to different use cases.
