Pros: The platform is very easy to navigate and allows you to create all sorts of data sheets to share with your customers. It's also handy if you work with large accounts and have to upload information onto spreadsheets. You can sort the information into the order you need it and then cut and paste. Love the embed feature for digital assets.
Overall: A great tool! I wish more brands would offer this as a rep tool. What a great way for me to get exactly what I need and for them to save time.

Pros: Where do I even begin with my experience with OneTimePIM? After nearly three months of wasted time and thousands of dollars with other companies, my business partner and I were beyond frustrated. None of the previous providers could handle the complexity of our product setup or the sheer volume of our SKUs (over 6,000). Determined to find the right solution, we stayed up all night researching PIM companies until we came across One Time PIM. We were impressed by the glowing reviews of their software but hesitant, given the empty promises we have received before. However, what set One Time PIM apart was the incredible dedication and passion that Pat and Ed demonstrated. Pros: OneTimePIM is very intuitive and included almost all the functionality we needed from the very beginning at a very competitive price (monthly subscription). Our twice monthly calls ensured that implementation was both smooth and efficient. The important configuration changes and minor development changes that we required have also been provided within short time frames. Furthermore, the additional flexibility provided by Python Agents keeps all our departments happy with the functionality provided.
Overall: Having learnt and implemented OneTimePIM so quickly and found that it ticks all of our must have requirements, it is definitely a product I would recommend for product information management

Pros: The training that was provided during the initial transition was super helpful. OneTimePIM is user friendly and it's a great way to always have access to my vendor's product details.
Overall: OneTimePIM works great! I use it quite often and find it user friendly. We switched from Salsify to OneTimePIM and the transition was seamless with the helpful training provided.

Pros: Very user friendly and easy to learn how to upload images for the rest of the team. The download functions for the rest of the team to use excel, powerpoint and anything else, have also been really helpful.
Overall: Very easy to throw yourself into the system and quickly get the hang of things, as the person uploading the images and files that the rest of the team uses, I've had very little trouble with the system so far.
