Overall: The team behind this product are very helpful and reactive. They share with you tips or patches whenever they feel new changes to Terraform and Ansible or any library will affect your stack. This way, we have complete peace of mind knowing that our stack are well taken care of.

Pros: Cycloid has started its entry into this field at Orange Cloud for Business with support and coaching on our DEVOPS methodologies. Far from imposing themselves, they were able to guide us and offer us suitable solutions. We chose them to deploy some of our customers and their speed of development and expertise enabled us to meet our operational constraints. Some developments requested specifically for our company were delivered on time and in compliance with the specifications.

Overall: As the director of an entity that uses the tool, I don't necessarily have a technical opinion, but my experience with cycloid has been positive, a relationship of trust, flawless agility and a well thought-out product.

Pros: The support is really useful. It is exactly what we wanted in terms of functionality. It wasn't really easy at first but the support really helped us to understand quickly how it works.

Overall: Cycloid is a good hybrid cloud management tool, it's not very expensive and it allows everyone from finops to developers to see what's happening on the platform.
