Pros: The custom worksheets and diagrams are very detailed. The integration with our dictation system (Fluency) was seamless. It creates structure for the sonographers in reporting their findings. The worksheets include TIRADs and ORADs which are determined based on the findings from the sonographer. The HL7 integration was a big enhancement for our workflows.

Overall: Excellent product. Radiologists are more efficient with their reading of US. Engineers that are developing our new worksheets have been great to work with.

Pros: 1.) Reliability in product! We have experienced one rare moment of downtime but this was due to an issue in our IT department. 2.) Intuitive worksheet technology! We are about to roll out our new TIRADS thyroid worksheet. This new sheet educates sonographers with interactive buttons that demonstrate an example of a sonographic finding/description (i.e. hover over the word solid nodule. When you do so an image pops up with an example image of a solid nodule), There is also a built in TIRADS calculator based on the selections made in the worksheet. Very slick! 3.) Ease of use! Our team is very appreciative of the simplistic and efficient ways of iMorgon's workflow with clean QC tools (i.e. able to change annotations by "masking" incorrect word(s) and change patient demographics with a couple quick clicks. We move our exams from iMorgon to our iSite program after the QC component is completed. The exams look great and you cannot tell a mistake was made during the imaging process - instead of the old way.. making big X's over images and typing above the Xed out area in iSite which looked very messy). This product is very easy to teach others how to use. 4.) Last but not least.. Helpful iMorgon staff. They are quick to help and easily accessible to edit changes to our worksheets in a timely manner.

Overall: Reliable, simplistic, efficient product that promotes seamless workflow, quick response for questions/help from staff. The QC component makes every exam look the way it should (correct annotations, measurements, demographics, etc) without no one ever knowing it was edited at an earlier time.
